Event & Display Assistant

The Event & Display Assistant helps bring the charm and atmosphere of Sweet Soirée’s by Nicole to life. This hands-on creative role supports seasonal décor, table setups, event styling, and photo-ready product displays — perfect for detail-oriented individuals who love design, visual storytelling, and ambiance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with in-store event setup, décor, and display styling
  • Help plan seasonal displays for holidays or new menu drops
  • Collaborate with the content team to create photo-ready setups
  • Support product merchandising and signage placement
  • Maintain clean and visually appealing shop layouts

Time Commitment & Duration

4–6 hours per week on average, flexible scheduling around events. Duration typically 8–12 weeks, with the potential for ongoing seasonal projects.

Compensation & Growth Path: This position begins as a creative apprenticeship. Consistent contribution may lead to paid seasonal event work or styling retainers as Sweet Soirée’s expands into pop-ups and off-site activations.
