How the roster works

You submit your info + a portfolio link (or any sample work).
When footage is ready, we message editors from the roster first.
You can accept or pass based on your availability — no pressure.
Editors who are consistent get priority on future batches.

What we typically need

30–120s vertical highlight edits (Reels/TikTok/Shorts)
Fast turnaround: 24–72 hours per batch
Clean exports + simple file naming
Openness to quick revision notes

Good to know

Timeline: Roster is ongoing. Apprenticeship terms are typically 8–12 weeks when you’re actively assigned batches.

Remote: Most roster editors are remote. Local editors may be invited to help on capture days later (optional).

Pay path: Some projects may become paid as the studio scales. Roster editors who consistently deliver are first in line.
